Homestead Florida
is located in an area of south Florida that keeps growing year after year. It lies in the southern-most tip of the state, near the Everglades and the entrance to the Florida Keys. Restored buildings and an antique district on Krome and Washington Avenues in downtown Homestead appeal to both history buffs and shoppers. The Everglades Alligator Farm, located in Homestead, features thousands of gators and a thrilling airboat ride through the Everglades. The Metro-Dade Homestead Motorsports Complex, considered by many to be the finest racing facility of its kind in the country, brings several major events to the area each year.
